Try Black Ops 4: Blackout For Free Tomorrow
The popular battle royale Blackout mode from Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 will be free to try starting tomorrow.
We don’t think anyone expected anything from a Call of Duty battle royale mode when we first heard about it. Then, when Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 launched, everyone was talking about one thing. That thing was Blackout, the game’s exceptional battle royale mode that offered incredibly slick gunplay, thrilling matches with frequent drops and weapons, all kinds of weapons and gadgets which could be used in all kinds of ways, and more.
Blackout is probably the only battle royale game that can compete with Fortnite in terms of quality, but Fortnite is free to play while Blackout comes with a triple-A game’s price tag.
Treyarch wants to give people all around the world a taste of what Blackout feels and plays like, so the game will have a free trial that is starting tomorrow. That’s right, anyone can download and play this battle royale mode even if they didn’t buy the game, starting tomorrow, and you’re going to have 7 days to play it, free of charge.
That should probably be enough to convince people, if they were having any second doubts about purchasing this game. On the other hand, Activision is in a lot of trouble for their fresh mistakes, which involve adding microtransactions to Black Ops 4, a mistake that angered an insane amount of people.
Activision is probably just trying to patch things up with this free trial, but it won’t undo the mistakes they made by putting microtransactions in a $60 game. Still, if you’ve never played Blackout before, now is a great chance to try it!
It really is one of the best battle royale games out there. Do you agree? Let us know what you think about this mode and this free trial in the comments section down below!
