What Does The Future Hold For Fallout 76?

As the release of Fallout 76 is almost upon us, Bethesda decided to give us a glimpse into what’s coming later down the line.

Fallout 76

We still aren’t sold on the idea of having a multiplayer Fallout game with survival and crafting elements. It just doesn’t seem to work from what we saw during the game’s beta testing. Actually, the fact that Bethesda hasn’t even launched the game but already has a post where they’re saying that more content is on the way makes us think that Fallout 76 is just going to be one empty wasteland. No matter how big it is it feels empty and hallow without NPCs to interact with. The quests are pretty mediocre as they are, the enemies aren’t anything special, and PvP isn’t all that fun.

Everything in this game is pretty meh, so will new quests and events that Bethesda is promising change that? Probably not, but maybe they come up with something interesting later down the line. The only question is, will anyone be playing Fallout 76 by then? From what we saw you could burn through a lot of quests in this game rather quickly. That only leaves events and exploration as things to keep you occupied after you complete the majority of them.

But, who knows, maybe there are players out there that are fascinated by this game. Bethesda also promised C.A.M.P. improvements, new Vaults opening, character respecing, a faction-based PvP system (which is the only interesting mention here), and more.
