Mark Strong Is Narrating In Battlefield V
It seems like you want to hire a famous Hollywood actor to narrate your game for most success, which is what DICE is doing for Battlefield V.
Mark Strong is a terrific actor. He was a part of many spectacular action-packed extravaganzas like RocknRolla, the Kingsman movies, and the first KickAss movie. That isn’t all, as Mark also isn’t a stranger to doing voiced roles for video games like Total War: Rome II and the bloodsoaked action blockbuster that is Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine. His voice is powerful, steadfast, and it has an authoritative presence, so we can see why he would narrate the prologue and epilogue sequences of Battlefield V.
Battlefield V started on the bad foot ever since the announcement trailer for the game went live. Players didn’t like how the developers were forcing their own social agendas into their WWII shooter. A lot more drama came after that as some EA and DICE employees went on their own personal crusades on social networks. But, getting Mark Strong to narrate the prologue and epilogue sequences of your game is definitely a step in the right direction. A much-needed one for the game.
We weren’t too excited about the single-player stories of Battlefield V when we first heard about them. But, if Strong is going to narrate a portion of them, we might just give them a try when the game launches on November 20, 2018, which is only a month away.
