We don’t know exactly when, as they need to finish some sort of testing first. Granted, with a server that everyone can join, you want it to be as stable as possible before releasing it to the public. This global server also comes with greatly reduced queue times, as the developers have stated. It was also said that the global server will have instant availability for any mode and all Tiers, which is natural, considering how many people this server is going to hold.
Armored Warfare is getting this kind of server because the devs want to work on the game, and not put a lot of time into constant server maintenances for all of the different regions in the world. Now, we just have to wait and see how stable it’s going to be when it gets released.
