The Kingdom Hearts franchise is one of the most beloved gaming series of all time. Its story has been told over the course of around 15 years, and during that time, numerous games have been released for it. Each one expanding the universe and revealing more of the story. The problem is that not everyone has been able to play those games, and so Square Enix has been doing its best to fix that. With Kingdom Hearts III coming out next January, they have announced a brand new compilation to catch gamers up.
It’s called “Kingdom Hearts – The Story So Far“, and it gives gamers the very best versions of all the games that have come out. Including the “Final Mix” versions of the main games, HD versions of others, and all the mini-content that has helped build things up for Kingdom Hearts III. But wait, there’s more, a new rumor is circling around that Kingdom Hearts III could be ported to the Nintendo Switch. Granted, this rumor has been around for quite a while, but this is a new twist on that rumor. For a Youtuber named “DreamCastGuy” posted a video saying that Square Enix really wants to put the game on the system. Which would be great for Switch gamers because they feel they should’ve gotten the game before the Xbox One.
Whether this happens or not is still up in the air.
