As you know, the Black Ops 4 Blackout PC Open Beta went live yesterday on the PC. The developers also commented on certain issues found in the beta.
People are having a lot of fun in the Blackout beta. Everyone from PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 players are enjoying it. If you have no idea what the Blackout mode for Black Ops 4 is, don’t worry, we’ll fill you out. It’s a battle royale mode in a Call of Duty game with vehicles, zombies, lots of guns, and lots of killing. The developers addressed certain issues in a Reddit post to tell us what kind of things they’re keeping an eye on.
First of all, they wanted to give something special to Zombies fans. They made the Black Ops 4 Zombies and the Origins cast unlocked in the Character menu. Dempsey, Nikolai, Takeo, and Richtofen will be joined by Bruno, Diego, Stanton, and Scarlett, so pick whichever one of these is your favorite and head straight into battle.
The great news is that the Black Ops 4 Blackout beta for the Xbox One and PC got an update that increased the maximum amount of players from 80 to 88. This update originally came to the PlayStation 4, so we were wondering if the other platforms will get an increase as well. Other changes were made as well. Level 3 Armor will be much rarer now and certain changes were made to the SG12 shotgun and Equipment capacity. The game also got some stability fixes.
The developers are also tracking various bugs while the Black Ops 4 Blackout is in progress. For example, some players die as soon as their wingsuits deploy. PC players are experiencing a lot of crashes. Xbox One players can’t invite friends to a party, and so on. All of these are being looked into.
