It seems like over 10 million players worldwide played Forza Horizon 3. That’s quite a lot of people, and it makes us wonder how many of those will buy the upcoming Forza Horizon 4.
As you can imagine, 10 million players is a lot of people. Developers usually inflate the actual numbers a bit in order to impress the audience. If that isn’t the case here, then Forza Horizon 3 must have been a pretty spectacular title. The developers said that the previous milestone of 9 million players was broken in July 2018. This is excellent news considering that Forza Horizon 4 is just around the corner.
They actually said all of this in their interview with Team VVV while they were talking about Forza Horizon 4. Now, the mark of a great development studio is their capacity for learning. Not just any kind, but they one where you learn from your past mistakes and improve on them. Listening to your fans is also a good thing. Thankfully, they said that this amount of players helped them learn what kind of product they wanted to make.
Naturally, all this information helped them shape Forza Horizon 4 into something the fans will love. From what we’ve seen of the game it looks rather stellar, It may end up being everything Forza Horizon 3 was supposed to be when it first came out.
We’re eager to try Forza Horizon 4 when it launches on October 2nd, 2018 and see if it’s as amazing as it’s supposed to be.
