Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is shaping up to be one rather spectacular game. In the Post Launch & Season Pass Trailer, we get to see what kind of content the game will be getting after launch and when.
We were already excited about Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and all that it’s bringing. It seems like Ubisoft is really giving it their all with this game. From the way the world is set up, to the way our choices affect the outcome of a lot of encounters, everything is coming together in this title. Now, we got some more information about the Season Pass. Those of you that get the Season Pass can expect to see two major story arcs. These will be told through three episodes that get released one after another. No one expected an episodic release of content, but we don’t mind it at all.
The first story arc is called The Legacy of the Blade which focuses on the iconic weapon that Alexios or Kassandra will use. We will also see how our protagonist got the Hidden Blade in the first place. The first of the three chapters of this story arc will be released in December.
The second story arc is called The Fate of Atlantis. As the name suggests, it will focus on the mythical city of Atlantis and the First Civilization. The first chapter of this story arc will get released in Spring 2019.
The most surprising thing we found out in this trailer was the addition of Assassin’s Creed 3 Remastered. Anyone that owns the Season Pass will get Assassin’s Creed 3 Remastered for free. This was completely unexpected, but certainly welcome by many fans of the series.
